Kong Fu Chao 广府炒

On a sunny evening, my China friend who has just eaten Kong Fu Chao (广府炒) for 2 times decided to take on the quest to cook this Malaysian speciality. With a marverllous talent, and some experiences, not forget to mention with natural wonderful taste buds, she managed to complete the gruelling quest and obtained the title "Kong Fu Chao Master" (from me of course ;P).
